Client Director – Private Wealth (Lisbon, Portugal)

Leverton Search has an exciting opportunity for an Investment Sales Director, to be based in Lisbon. Our client is a leader in ESG investing and expanding its Private Wealth team across Europe and the US.

We are looking for a Sales and Client Manager/Director with a strong track record with Wealth Management clients and is passionate about sustainable investing. This will be to work on their next-generation evergreen fund.

What you’ll do:

• Lead fundraising for innovative public & private market strategies with a sustainability focus

• Spearhead fundraising and deepen client partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices in Monaco, Switzerland, and beyond.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with private wealth clients across Europe & US
• Collaborate with a high-calibre, mission-led team driving real-world impact

What you bring:

• Proven track record in private wealth or institutional fundraising
• Deep passion for ESG and sustainable investing
• Strong network in European private wealth markets (Monaco/Switzerland a plus)
• Fluent English; European passport preferred for relocation flexibility
