Client Operations Specialist – UAE

We are pipelining for an upcoming role with a leading Investment Management company, who will be looking for talented individuals to join a growing Client Operations team in the UAE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to the company’s expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and engagements
  • Conduct thorough due diligence processes
  • Manage and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Transaction management, performance & risk reporting.
  • Maintaining the CRM
  • Handle data management and generate comprehensive reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Investment Management, ideally within a client-oriented role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail is key in this role, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
