Content Generator and Investment Writer

Our client is an entrepreneurial boutique Investment House focusing on sustainability. The company is characterised by its innovative culture and willingness to challenge the status quo.

They are looking for someone with a strong academic background and a high level of interest in the Asset Management industry, who has a flair for writing insightful and engaging commentary in a range of investment capabilities and strategies.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Regular delivery of high quality copy, under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Become au fait with the company’s full range of investment capabilities and strategies
• Generating and contributing to thought leadership pieces, strategy updates, ESG reports etc.
• Building close working relationships with Portfolio Managers, Investment teams, Client Operations and Marketing

Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies:

• Sound investment knowledge with a strong background in both Equity and Fixed Income
• Degree educated – English, Journalism and Economics are preferable
• Minimum 1-3 years industry experience in a similar role
• Flexibility with regard to tailoring content to a range of different audiences
• Impeccable research and writing skills
• Attention to detail when writing/editing material
