Equities Operations Analyst

A boutique global equity manager is looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join their Investment Operations team. It is a varied role which will offer a great opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the business, from trading to client services.

The role:
• Daily oversight of external valuation processes and the trade life cycle.
• Cash management, corporate actions and emphasis on upgrading the internal systems.
• Relationship management with custodians, brokers and outsource back and middle office providers. The team is also responsible for fund admin.
• Anything covering tradition investment operations; performance analysis, attribution, requests for data, trade support and client services.
• Involves training and learning, as they have 18 funds across developed, emerging and frontier markets.

The candidate will have:
• Equities experience within Operations
• A strong mathematical background and outstanding attention to detail
• Be able to demonstrate their numeracy and problem solving skills
• Experience working with Bloomberg, Factset, Omgeo or Markit
• A hard working and enthusiastic approach to work
