Investment Specialist
Permanent, £85k – £155k
We are currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our clients’ Frankfurt office. Sitting within the investment team, this role would be suited to somebody already skilled in the role who is seeing clients, and also happy to execute the day to day BAU to a high level. Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Private Debt product offerings, providing in-depth knowledge and support to internal stakeholders and clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their investment objectives and tailoring product solutions to meet their needs
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials and client presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products
• Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to sales teams, enabling them to effectively promote and sell their products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, operations and legal
• Collaborate with the wider Product Specialist team to develop and execute product strategies in line with market trends and client needs
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and assess market demand
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus
• Proven experience as a Product Specialist or similar role within the asset management industry
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and industry trends
• Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
