Sales Associate

Our client the Asset Management division of a household name within the GCC region; managing assets across institutions, advisory clients and individuals. They are looking for a high-potential Sales Associate, to join their Institutional Sales team. The role offers strong learning opportunities and career progression within a highly distinguished organisation.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Servicing the full spectrum of institutional Clients across the firm’s full product range
  • meetings with prospects, clients, consultants and asset owners
  • Develop new business targets and strategies to ensure client retention
  • Understand client needs through building and maintaining long-standing relationships
  • Source and collate competitor, prospect and market intelligence information
  • Provide general administrative support to team members

Necessary qualifications, experience and competencies:

  • 2+ years’ experience within Asset Management. Experience in a Client Service, Sales Support or Product Specialist role is advantageous
  • communication and presentational skills
  • collaborative worker who can adopt a team-player approach and help drive projects over the line
  • Positive, dynamic and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Eye for detail and strong written capabilities
