Our client, a global leader in Private Assets, is seeking a highly experienced VP of Sales to focus on Credit for the UAE region. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will take ownership of the firm’s largest institutional accounts, joining an established and respected franchise with exceptional market momentum.

As the key relationship manager for major clients—including sovereign wealth funds, pension schemes, endowments, and consultants—you will be expected to leverage your deep network and established reputation within the region. You will know the leading players intimately, able to name and connect with key decision-makers across major institutions such as ADIA. Your ability to raise significant assets (potentially in the billions) and hit the ground running with an extensive client book is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deepen relationships with the region’s largest and most complex institutional clients
  • Originate and close new business opportunities within credit strategies
  • Develop and execute a sophisticated sales strategy tailored to the UAE market
  • Segment the market to identify and prioritise high-value prospects
  • Collaborate closely with client service and investment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Maintain and expand your technical product knowledge in private credit, working directly with investment professionals
  • Analyse and present management information and market intelligence to support business development
  • Foster strong internal relationships to support client service and drive new business wins

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in asset management sales, with a proven track record in private credit
  • Extensive, high-level relationships across the UAE’s major institutional investors
  • CFA or CAIA qualification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to raise substantial assets and manage a large, sophisticated client base
  • Positive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial approach, with the gravitas to represent a leading global brand
