We completed two successful business trips to the UAE this year, reinforcing our commitment to building a strong presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The visits provided valuable time to reconnect with existing clients and meet prospective new partners.
During our Q1 trip, we partnered with the Emirates CFA Society to take our IMPACT (Females in Asset Management) initiative international. Leverton delivered an educational session on Managing Difficult Conversations, sharing practical insights and actionable strategies. The event concluded with a networking session, bringing together like-minded high-achieving women from across the asset management industry.
