Senior Operations Analyst – ACA/ACCA Required

A high-performing boutique asset management firm specialising in equities and alternative investments is looking for a qualified Investment Operations professional to join its growing team, offering a clear pathway into a broader leadership position.

This Investment Operations role will cover NAV oversight, fund accounting, valuations, reconciliations, reporting and wider middle- and back-office activities. The successful candidate will also gain exposure to fund launches, systems transformation and process improvement, while developing leadership responsibility across the Investment Operations function.

Candidates should have strong Investment Operations experience gained within an asset management or investment management firm.

A formal accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent is essential.

Candidates should also have:

• Strong knowledge of NAV processes
• Fund accounting and/or fund valuation experience
• Experience across equities and/or alternative investments
• Middle- or back-office operations experience
• Experience working with fund administrators or third-party providers
• Mentoring, supervisory or team leadership exposure
• Process improvement or systems implementation experience
