Rachael Ferguson, Managing Director
Rachael has worked in investment management recruitment for more than 15 years and is experienced at recruiting across all divisions and levels. Her career in recruitment began in 2003, where she built up the Distribution, Investment and Operations teams at her previous company; transforming it into one of the most successful firms in the industry. In 2010, she became the MD until 2014 when she left to set up Leverton Search. Rachael graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2002 with a degree in Social and Economic History.
