During our last trip to Dubai, Leverton Search hosted an Industry Leaders Round Table, bringing together Sales leaders from across the region for an open and thoughtful discussion.
Tucked away at The Guild, DIFC and held under Chatham House rules, the conversation explored what the rapid growth of assets, firms and talent flowing into the Middle East really means in practice – from team structures, culture and infrastructure readiness to whether such pace risks tipping into “bubble” territory.
It was a valuable opportunity to create space for honest, practical conversation in an incredibly dynamic market to be hiring into.
