European Client Relationship Manager

We are partnering with a leading global investment management firm renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Client Relationship Manager to join their EMEA team, focusing on managing relationships with key European sub-advisory clients. The firm fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment, offering the chance to contribute meaningfully to its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for European sub-advisory clients, proactively engaging to understand their investment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities and support portfolio reviews.
• Build deep expertise in the European Wealth market, and understand how each client’s objectives influence their investment and servicing requirements
• Manage client expectations effectively while balancing client needs with organisational priorities.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, compliance, and resolution of client queries.

The successful candidate will have:

• A strong academic background; professional qualifications such as CFA or progress towards one are advantageous.
• At least 7 years of experience in managing client relationships, ideally within the Wealth/Sub-Advisory channel.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate calmly under pressure.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook.
• Fluency in English is essential and candidates with a second European language will be prioritised.
