At Leverton we believe that diversity is the key to any successful business. In March 2021 we signed the Women in Finance Charter, this is sponsored by HM Treasury and is a pledge for gender balance across financial services.
When we signed the charter we had 100% females in senior management roles and our aim is to not let that drop below 50%.
