Marketing Leadership Roundtable: MarTech, AI and the Future of Commercial Marketing Teams
At our most recent Marketing roundtable, senior leaders from across Asset Management gathered to explore how marketing functions are evolving in an increasingly data-driven and technology-enabled landscape.
The conversation focused on the growing role of MarTech in supporting client insights, the opportunities AI and automation present for improving efficiency, and the importance of strong alignment between Sales, Marketing and Technology teams.
While new tools are helping teams optimise processes and unlock strategic capacity, there was strong consensus that creativity, judgement and relationship-building remain Human and core to successful marketing. As marketing teams continue to take on greater commercial responsibility, leaders also highlighted the importance of investing in talent, collaboration and continuous learning to build high-performing and cohesive teams.
