IMPACT X CFA Society Emirates
In Dubai, we were delighted to partner with the CFA Society Emirates Women’s club for our second IMPACT event in the region. This event was centered around “Can Women Have It All?”.
It was a truly engaging session. It sparked candid and open discussions around balancing family life and career ambition, what this looks like in reality in the UAE. The general consensus is yes, you absolutely can balance a successful high impact career in finance and home/ family life. However there will always be considerations or sacrifices – in this case it does take a village.
These thoughtful conversations reinforced the value of support, community and connection, which is what IMPACT is all about. It is exciting to expand our women’s network internationally. Empowering women in asset management to connect via shared perspectives and experiences, to support and uplift one another.
